Steep stairs - could not take a bike up.

There is a connecting path here - mostly trail with a short 1- step staircase at north end. You can see the staircase on GoogleMapsStreetView. Will try again to send the trace.

There is a concrete barrier but it has an opening so a walker or cyclist can get through. Maybe show as a trail or connect the two road ends?

I think this may be Soo Tip Peak. Anyone have any idea about that?
