promoting 45th Ave SE to tertiary south of 228th, and deleting a duplicated house

removing slip lanes from the 228th St SE/ Bothell-Everett Hwy intersection. Recent construction there has resulted in their removal.

promoting part of 24th Avenue West to tertiary, and straightening out 204th St SW. Also added a stop at Cypress Way and 204th.
