Hi, you added an area for Upper Crust here: osm.org/way/1206725187

There are a couple of slightly old notes saying it's not here, but maybe it was just being rebuilt, can you confirm?

Be careful not to accept all of the changes all of the time. Here the nursery is under the same code as a number of other schools and so it picked up details from there. I've reverted some of the changes

Thanks, I've added the edubase ref for Northumberland PRU. The other one doesn't seem to have one, but wouldn't necessarily.
Interestingly both of them seem to list their address as "Pitt Lane", not "Pit Lane". Did you capture the road name in your survey?

Hi, when you edited Saint James Preparatory School here, you added the website and ref:edubase of a school in London
Do you have local knowledge of what is going on?

Thank you for adding the house numbers here, but note that it's best to use the address fields for house numbers, rather than the name field.
I'm fixing the houses here, but I'm not sure what to do with the sheds and garages (they don't really have an address or a name, but I see that we want to show how they are linked to the house.

Thanks for fixing this, sorry for changing it by mistake.

There is a comment when on a task on MapRoulette about the names, seemingly I didn't check this one carefully enough though.

What I will do is adjust the creation of the tasks so that if the name from the DfE matches 'official_name' but not 'name' then it won't suggest to change the name.

Ah yes, it looks like I also fixed a few things from the validator, in that case capitalised keys

I didn't edit those at all, they had previously been added by someone else

Thank you for this, you caught some shops that I hadn't yet added the brand info to since adding them to NSI.

However, also be careful when armchair mapping like this. You merged two ATMs, with no explanation why: osm.org/node/10591505471 and osm.org/node/10591505472
There really are two ATMs of different brands next to each other, so it is right that they are mapped individually.
Also, the suggestions aren't always correct, for example FNB ATMs do not need official_name adding to them, as they do not have a name at all. There is an open issue on NSI about fixing this in general so it does not get suggested: https://github.com/osmlab/name-suggestion-index/issues/7236#issuecomment-1356329538

I've fixed those things here, but maybe check if you've done such a thing in other places and put it back.

I am first standardising ones where the type and maxspeed match then I may look at ones where they don't, or set up a MapRoulette challenge for example

You seem to have accidentally changed the whole of the Maluku Islands to bare rock instead of an archipelago as they were mapped before. I've changed that back for you

Well I'm surprised that routing software would route over something tagged as access=private
Perhaps access=no would be better if it is totally closed to everyone?
I terms of mapping what's on the ground, if there is a bridge then it is a highway=footway (even if not usable by anyone).
Perhaps remove this section from the relation for now?

Could you link to the object in question? I edited quite a few things in this changeset

Hello, thanks for adding things here, but be careful not to add a building tag where something is not a building.
I've fixed the park and garden here
