Hier ist ein großer Wohngebäudekomplex im Bau. Fertigstellung wahrscheinlich Ende 2023.

Hier entsteht ein neues Gebäude, dessen Nordseite direkt mit Haus Nr. 178 verbunden ist. Fertigstellung in ca. 1/2 Jahr.

Die Schule heißt Wilhelm-Leyendecker-Schule und nicht Rosenzweigschule. Die Adresse lautet Rosenzweigweg 3.
Der Marker zeigt auf das Eingangstor zur Schule.

Ist dieser Teil komplett abgerissen? 219 ist weg, aber was ist mit dem Hinterbau?
