Tidied up Beach Road around the Torbay shops area and adjusted the new roundabout on Beach/Toroa Street. Merged the one-way lanes at the County Road / Beach Rd intersection to be in line with the default appearance for intersections of this type.

Adjusted roundabout road lines

Created roundabout at Firth Road & Deep Creek Road, footpaths and driveways in Firth Road. Tidied up Oteha Valley road line.

Update Torbay area: correct placement of power poles, yield and stop signs, adding street lamps, swimming pools, renaming "buildings" to appropriate structures.
