| 100625 | Drdul | East 29th Avenue adjacent Slocan Park is a 30 km/h playground zone, which is in effect during daylight hours from dawn to dusk (at other times, the speed limit is 50 km/h). I do not know how to enter a conditional restriction based on variable times (dawn and dusk occur at different times throughout the year), so I have entered the speed limit as 30 km/h, as the majority of traffic travels on East 29th Ave during daylight hours when the 30 km/h speed limit is in effect. |
