Add tags to help bicycle routers find the route from Chenery to O'Shaughnessy, as Bosworth Street is hairy

this is a bona-fide route per https://www.sfmta.com/maps/san-francisco-bike-network-map, but 2023 imagery shows absolutely zip in terms of sharrows. So, removing the cycleway tags.

amended sidewalk tags per comment. Only the north (right) side is traced separately, the left side does have a sidewalk that is less interesting to trace for now.

add stop signs to ocean ave in the west, to help annotate good places to turn onto it from adjacent streets, e.g. Eucalyptus

add stop signs to eucalyptus st. I noticed it was a nice route to bike, but the right turn at clearfield can be kind of unnerving, but one can get a controlled intersection by turning one earlier

20th avenue is a normal street, albeit one with bike lanes.

there's no shared bicycle lane markings in this intersection, nor on the other side for blocks, until the bike lanes begin

There are no sharrows, and if there's any signs that this is a shared road, I haven't seen them...and I'm pretty sure the drivers haven't either, on this stretch.

I've always found this part of sloat unnerving, because there is no bike lane, no sharrows (what would it mean on a road this fast anyway?), nothing.
