Low flat building with railing and steps is likely storage tank.
Tall green metal fence is usually industrial landuse.
There may have been a notice on the gate, but it is gone.

is this really a church? It's not on the OS map, there is no car park out front, the area looks rather small etc.

There's a clearing, surrounded by cacti, here with a large standing stone (?) in the centre. Is this the "neolithic temple" signposted at the cross roads?
