There is a small park here, just the width of one property lot. There is room to park maybe two or three cars alongside the road. There is an overlook over the Sound. The name of the park is Stamm Overlook Park.

There is a pedestrian walkway in this break along Fremont Ave. North. I have personally walked through this several times.

There is a steep stairway and walkway providing pedestrian access between between Ashworth Ave. and Densmore Ave. along 165th St. I have personally walked this walkway several times.
