I think this segment should be highway=residential rather than service.

Given current state of construction (roads/landscaping/buildings), change landuse construction to residential, and tag with 2025 start date (although really some parts should be 2024 and some parts 2025) to discourage editing based on old imagery.

Update (or add) names, websites, and grades of Belmont schools to match current names and grade structure. Add new Belmont Middle School (which shares building with Belmont High School) as a point.
