Mapillary and Bing aerials show a small gap in the median at Murray Street. Is it meant to be a bike crossing? There's something similar on Oxford Street at Oxford Ln, but this one doesn't look very safe.

Is this short access=destination restriction correct? It looks wrong, but maybe there's a standard city of Berkeley traffic barrier here that's been mis-mapped?
