Updating according to Mapbox satellite background that is newer than what Bing has now. More details can still be added from this, but as with Irondequoit library, looks like was done during construction.

The new library. This is newer imagery than what Bing has. It is still outdated because it shows the library under construction. The way around the town hall to the west is gone now, I think, and the parking lot and ways to the north have changed too.

This building remains from before the Citygate development was done in this area. Not sure why the way I see when editing isn't being rendered now. The paths being rendered are historical now, from when this was a public residential facility.
