There are different informations about the Gotthard Base tunnels max speed Maybe due to the fact of that there is a difference in operating speed (200 kph), max allowed speed (230 kph when delayed) and designed speed (250 kph) there is some confusion.

What is more important in my opinion is that it is displayed consitantly as the Ceneri Base tunnel has the same speed restrictions but is displayed as 250 kph unlike the Gotthard Base tunnel with only 230 kph
