Manually add 4 town boundaries from TIGER 2014 County Subdivision data. QGIS was used to simplify the paths and convert to WGS84, and JOSM was used to manually segment the boundaries and build regions. This is an experiment.

Tweak recreation area tags slightly (mostly picnic stuff).

Remove leftover duplicate recreation area node.

Map North Hartland Dam Recreation area, based on several prior visits and Bing imagery. There are some warnings in JOSM, but I've investigated all of them manually and found no better way to tag things.

Mark the chemical toilet as well. Location approximate.

Mark picnic tables and grill. Exact positions uncertain; two tables at each location.

Change parking access, and move memorial marker based on GPS data.

Tweak walkway a bit, and mark two isolated gravestones/memorials.

Note that recreation area border is not official.

More work on Sumner Falls Recreational Area.

Tighten up riverbanks near Sumner Falls Recreation Area, and mark portage points.

Reroute river through main channel at Sumners falls, and not across Sumners island.

Reduce "Ledge Island" to a point, because only sort-of exists, and tweak the beach & parking.
