Unable to answer "How many car lanes does this road have?" for osm.org/way/42752180 via StreetComplete 50.2:

The Malecon is made out of concrete. It has a carway in the middle and pedestrian walks on both sides of the street.

It is not open for cars except for police, it is all pedestrian. It was fully completed last year (2022) about August. The pedestrian portion goes from Calle 60 to statue at Calle 80.

The whole road "Calle playa" does not exist, its just beach (shrinking and growing with the shore). Just check with satellite view
