checked that the original edit (v1) was in the correct position: osm.org/#map=18/-33.7310765/151.1044879 it was accidentally moved in the v2 edit to an incorrect position

I restored them, because I mapped them originally from a survey

it seems like a few roads lost some "shared_lane" cycleways, e.g. osm.org/way/1099493381/history/8 if you look closely the aerial imagery will show the markings on the road. I also know this from living in the area. I have restored them, but it might be worth a check to see if removed shared bike lanes actually do have them present.
