Have you got a source with an acceptable license that can be used? |
158679558 | 10 months ago | Yeah that definitely seems like it's being done wrong, and probably worthy of being reverted if it's not able to easily be fixed up.

158608884 | 10 months ago | Hi, just wondering what the source is for this, especially the ref:LOCODE? Searching up about LOCODE gives me results referencing AUADL as Adelaide, not Port of Adelaide, as well.

158629784 | 10 months ago | Hi, this should be highway=secondary_link or highway=service , not a secondary highway, and it should only exist where there is physical separation (i.e. right where the turn is based on aerial imagery).

158679558 | 10 months ago | That cut off makes it seem like this is some kind of import maybe? Can you confirm where the geojson mentioned as a source in the changeset comes from?

158575797 | 10 months ago | Hi, you've moved the Kangarilla Footbal Club to what shows as an empty field on aerial imagery, has it moved or was this an accidental edit?

158525881 | 10 months ago | Hey there, nice work! If you do want to add a bit more detail, you can also do lanes:forward and lanes:backward to indicate how many lanes there are on each side of the road. Forward/backward is in relation to the direction of the OSM way element.

158474387 | 10 months ago | osm.wiki/Tag:highway%3Dservice and osm.wiki/Key:service cover this and the various options for service= |
158474387 | 10 months ago | All alleyways are a service road. highway=service specifies it as a service road, and service=alley specifies what type of service road. If they've only been marked with highway=service, it's technically not incorrect, just lacking detail. The road edited in this changeset was always a service road, it just had a service= tag set to clarify more information, it doesn't stop it being a service road. |
158474387 | 10 months ago | Alleyways are a type of service road, it's meant to be for rear/side access lanes like what this looks to be. |
158474387 | 10 months ago | Hey, service=alley won't block bicycles, cars, or foot traffic, and it does describe what this road looks like on aerial imagery.
|
158409439 | 10 months ago | Hi, if you're removing duplicate items, it's best to ensure all relevant data from the removed object is moved over to the new one. There's wikidata and wikipedia tags that should have been moved over.

158386943 | 10 months ago | If these are two separate houses in one building, there's ways to tag this correctly instead of making invalid multipolygons. You can tag them as building=house and house=semi-detatched, or building=semidetatched_house, probably worth checking to see which option is more widely used in Australia. If you're not sure whether it's a semidetatched house or just one house, it should just be a single polygon and building=house, can always add a fixme to confirm which way it is.

158333210 | 10 months ago | Hey, just an FYI, in Australia tagging suburbs, postcodes and states generally isn't needed, since we've got full coverage of those as relations so you can reverse geocode those. Nothing wrong with adding them, but thought it's worth letting you know!

158151784 | 10 months ago | Hi, you've dragged a traffic signal node away from where it was, I've reverted this change, please redo the changes to the shop node

158148113 | 10 months ago | Hi there, this should probably be done as two separate changesets, the bounding box for this covers all of Africa, most of South East Asia, and the majority of South America. |
158115205 | 10 months ago | Hi Alex, we can't use Google Maps as a source, this probably needs to be reverted and redacted
