Road disappeared some mysterious way

This is the only entrance and exit gate to the Blue Bay resort.
In the maps.me app however, a route is being plotted over a none-excisting road. Maps.me tells me it is because of data from osm.

Is the name of the street actually Calle Palma Real? Can someone please confirm this?

OSM does not show US 101 Cuesta Grade as a bikeable route. Instead, it would have you route via mountain bike trails. Cycle map should show Hwy 101 between Santa Margarita and Monterey Street exit in San Luis Obispo as a bikeable corridor of HWY 101.

Can someone please confirm whether "T-mobile. Silverbell and speedway" is located here?
