Either some footpaths should be service roads or some service roads should be footpaths.

Vehicles occasionally use most of the paths here, I don't see any reason why the ones marked as service road are, but I also don't know whether that means most of paths could be services roads

This junction needs completely reworking. There's no longer roundabouts and darlington road was redirected.
