update the grass on the north side of the footpath to reflect the current situation with construction of the North Capitol Project.

add footpaths back in to reflect the current state of the area. these paths are still usable at the moment during the construction of the North Capitol Project (which is scheduled to be completed in 2026).

update the parking to somewhat reflect the construction and fencing for the North Capitol Project which will be completed in 2026.

remove pathway, parking area, and grass areas. this area is currently under construction and fenced off. the project is called the North Capitol Project and will include new parking and a State History Museum, to be completed in 2026.
