Central 70 park opened Dec. 2022. over I-70 traffic lanes - a big deal but project extends in all directions, mostly east/west. Currently, only Bing, Esri, Maxar sat images show even partial tunnel covering. TV news drone footage could supplement Mapillary images but current sat would be best for OSM editing. (Wondering how long before we get first park image, and from which provider.)

is fillmore actually now a bridge over a surface over a tunnel that carries i-70, or just bridge over i-70? I haven't driven by this road in years but as drawn we're talking 3 layers (-1,0, 1) not 2?

The place has gone or never existed. A user of Organic Maps application has reported that the POI was visible on the map (see snapshot date below), but was not found on the ground.
