None of these residential buildings, bounded by Abbotsford, Molesworth, Haines, and Curzon, exist anymore. Its been a construction site for a long time and the buildings were finally demolished earlier this year.

(The commercial building on the corner of Haines/Abbotsford still exists and is operational).

roads are incorrect and need to be redrawn and updated

there looks like there might be a laneway here based on satellite imagery. can this be surveyed to check access, as well as if it interfaces with this drain.
