I did a quick scan of the changes. The points that have the exact same decimal position are the ones I imported. I sorted them ascending by id first so that the old ones get kept. Basically, this can be used to import datasets on top of each other.

In the future, I will update nodes directly instead of creating new ones. So this should be a one off.

WebGIS Kosovo Project

WebGIS Kosovo is a project for the development and implementation of a Web-based distribution system for cadastral information. The Project has been developed during the Kosovo Cadastral Support Programme (KCSP II).

WebGIS Kosovo is based on Geomedia WebMap Server Technology, and is installed on the KCA own Web Server at the IT Directorate. The current version (1.0) of WebGIS Thin Client has still to be improved and the continuous integration of cadastral data is closely connected to the cadastral reconstruction process in Kosovo.

The WebGIS Map Server application itself is started through the WebGIS Button in the menu bar, accessible from any page of the Web site. The Button opens an initial map window with a general map of Kosovo (A) and its administrative divisions like Municipalities and Cadastral Zones.

The corresponding Municipality WebMap Project (C) will be started after mouse click into one of the Cadastral Zones with available data (B) and after login as authorized user.
