This road is an unpaved dirt road with rocks. I am not sure how to classify it but I think the current classification as highway=unclassified is not correct.

This looks to be a private road, closed by a gate at this intersection.

The tunnel is completely closed, it was closed when I passed by (12 September) and it was also closed 3 months ago according to Google Street View

Bulko is permanently closed as of December 2021 according to their Facebook page and google maps

This path is not suited for a bike, it is for hiking (and even for hiking it would be rough). However it is recommended by cycle.travel/other bike GPS’s, so I think it should be edited so GPSs avoid it.
