Because name fields are displayed on maps, thus your cafe would be named "Cheap and tasty. Big portions" on the map. There's a note field in Maps.me app for a note do the editors. Use that field and other people editing the map could find a way to indicate that. Keep contributing, this map grows with your help. Cheers

Name field is there for the actual name of that fountain/tap. If there is no name, you can just leave it blank and it will be shown on maps with a relevant icon. If you have more details about a point you're adding, use Note to OSM editors in Maps.me applciation. Keep contributing, this map grows with your help. Cheers

If it's a description, it should be in the description field. If the editor you're using does not have a description field, you shouldn't add it as a name.
