The place has gone or never existed. A user of Organic Maps application has reported that the POI was visible on the map (see snapshot date below), but was not found on the ground.

There might be something tagged differently or incorrectly in this stretch of road (Deerfoot southbound wanting to get onto Glenmore East bound). OSMAnd tries to direct people to turn West on Glenmore, then pull a U-turn at the first intersection to end up going East.
