One thing to keep in mind: it's important to use a changeset comment that describes what you're doing in the changeset. You aren't changing any VA county borders in these changesets and it makes folks nervous when you have tons of changesets that say they're changing borders.

I agree with you that the whole island probably shouldn't be renamed unless there's an official name change somewhere, but it probably shouldn't be reverted outright. |
