119545051 | over 3 years ago | This wasn't a duplicate: it's useful to have both a point and the polygon for administrative areas.

119483259 | over 3 years ago | Welcome to OSM! Building polygons should match the outline of the building, not the property boundary. I think you might be mapping something else here?

119445036 | over 3 years ago | Thanks for doing this! I saw these when I was tracing buildings a while ago but forgot to delete them. It's been nagging at me for a while and I couldn't remember where they were!

117225571 | over 3 years ago | This road was *not* oneway (oneway=no). What system were you looking at that said they were oneway? We should fix that.

116973773 | over 3 years ago | Can you describe what these signs look like? We could use OSM's "tourist info" tags maybe? |
116591367 | over 3 years ago | Can you include links then, please? |
116591367 | over 3 years ago | These small residential areas/apartment complexes are probably better tagged as landuse=residential with a name. Neighborhoods are usually larger areas recognized by the city.

116588440 | over 3 years ago | Great, thanks for the info. |
116588440 | over 3 years ago | As I asked earlier, please cite your source for this building being demolished. It's clearly there as of October 2021.
|
116559771 | over 3 years ago | All recent available imagery shows that this building is still standing. It appears that the facility still exists on the Erie County website: https://eriecountypa.gov/departments/human-services/children-and-youth/edmund-l-thomas-adolescent-center/. Can you say what source you used to say it was demolished?

116388164 | over 3 years ago | Please don't delete driveways. They are useful map data.
|
116347418 | over 3 years ago | Hi, I'm not sure why you keep creating new accounts, but as we've discussed before please don't delete data and replace it. It's better to modify the existing data. Thanks.

116278036 | over 3 years ago | Why did you change these ski trails to footpaths? They don't look like footpaths on the aerial imagery. |
115446264 | over 3 years ago | Interesting, thanks for sharing. I'm impressed with your thoroughness. Keep up the good work! |
115446264 | over 3 years ago | Ah, so you're systematically scrolling through the whole city looking for rooftop solar? |
115446264 | over 3 years ago | Hi! What was the source of this data? It looks pretty comprehensive.
|
115233169 | over 3 years ago | Hi! Crime scenes aren't permanent and thus don't belong in OSM. Please don't add them to OSM.
|
114901908 | over 3 years ago | Looks good! Thanks for adding to the map. If you're interested in chatting with other OpenStreetMappers in the area/country, there's a Slack chat you can join here: https://slack.openstreetmap.us/ |
114893385 | over 3 years ago | While this solves the invalid crossing, it doesn't improve the data. Please also try to align the way with the roads you see in the imagery.
|
114867447 | over 3 years ago | Hi! Thanks for adding information to OpenStreetMap. You only need to add name information when it has a unique name. The name field shouldn't be used to describe a thing like "8 Tee" or "Cart Path".
