161608426 | 6 months ago | Hi, thanks for working on these MapRoulette projects. It looks like you put the reservoir on the wrong area, though. It probably should have gone on the whole reservoir, not just a tiny part of it. I will correct, but please keep an eye out for other changes you're making. |

161573265 | 6 months ago | Trump hasn't signed any executive orders yet, he's only announced them in a speech. Executive orders need to be signed and recorded in the Federal Register, where they'll appear here: https://www.federalregister.gov/presidential-documents/executive-orders |

161570559 | 6 months ago | The name of this object has not changed yet. The entity that specifies the name is the US Board of Geographic Names (https://www.usgs.gov/us-board-on-geographic-names/domestic-names), and they still call it the "Gulf of Mexico" (https://edits.nationalmap.gov/apps/gaz-domestic/public/search/names/558730). |
160365207 | 7 months ago | Yep I recognized your name too. That was a good time! |
160365207 | 7 months ago | :) Hi! |
161477448 | 7 months ago | Are you in Hayward? Stay warm, if so! |
161320427 | 7 months ago | Thanks for the explanations. I agree that defining the stadium area could be difficult and the fact that some definition was arrived upon makes sense. Apologies for jumping to revert quickly. I should have waited a bit longer for a response since it's a bit later for you over there. |
161320427 | 7 months ago | I disagreed that they were sensible. Tags that are seemingly related to buildings were deleted from multipolygons and moved to an outer way, which goes against convention as I said. It makes sense to proactively undo changes from a new mapper, especially one that is quickly making changes to prominent objects across a large area until discussion can happen. That's why I was faster to revert. In my model of the situation, the building and the stadium are logically equivalent entities so the tags should be on the same OSM entities. In other words, to me the outer way the encircles the stadium is meaningless without its relation to the building multipolygon. If there's a "stadium area", it would be the campus of the stadium that includes the nearby parking, the pitch, the stadium building, and perhaps the pedestrian grounds around it. It sounds like I'm in the minority here, and I don't have the energy to push back against esoteric OSM tagging schemes. |
161320427 | 7 months ago | Ok, I disagree with this tagging but I'll change it back. If you don't want to be treated as a new mapper, then don't use an account that's less than 72 hours old. |
161320427 | 7 months ago | Can you share where you're understanding this to be wrong? It's odd that you would make these changes in so many places as such a new mapper. |
161320427 | 7 months ago | Hello! it looks like you moved tags from the relation to the ways, which is non-standard and unusual. Is there some tool you're looking at that tells you something is broken? |
160701420 | 7 months ago | Why are you deleting these sidewalk areas? These are useful for pedestrian routing.

160520613 | 7 months ago | Oh weird, I'll have to check on what iD is doing there. |
160520613 | 7 months ago | Can you please undo the change to you made to Davanni's here? The branch name is not the slogan for the store.
