Please, don't convert living streets and residential into tracks. Highway classes not about a surface, it's about a usage. Streets with names signed on a territory plans shouldn't be a tracks or paths.

In bus route osm.org/relation/12284408#map=11/57.4855/25.6659 you add stops for one of direction as "stops". Route v2 standart want to see stops or platforms of only one direction in one relation, and other direction — other relation, glued with relation "master route".
If bus route are the same in both direction, then it's easy to copy current route, reverse all highway path, and keep only stop platforms for correct direction.
