Internal roads to military installation were marked as residential by TIGER, but cannot possible count as residential.

I'm removing the barrier nodes because, on further research, they appear to keep moving, thus violating the rule against temporary features. If their location stabilizes they can be added back.

Plotting out the NJTP-GSP toll plaza using the proposed area relation. The complexity of the lanes I think warrants mapping them individually, though I have also left the regular roadway in place for routing applications.
