Ricapitoliamo a mente fredda. In Italia è convenzione mettere il civico in corrispondenza dell'ingresso o della targhetta col numero. Se può aiutarti a sistemare questa è una query Overpass con tutti gli addr:street=via Rondinera: https://overpass-turbo.eu/s/12gp
Io personalmente trovo anche superfluo mettere addr:city ad elementi come parcheggi.

Anche la maiuscola è una convenzione, ti incollo il link alla wiki: osm.wiki/IT:Editing_Standards_and_Conventions
