Update some aspects of Aleksis Kiven katu construction. Projected the location of an upcoming tram stop on Fleminginkatu based on the kerb installed there.

Update Toivonkatu; one-way lanes & cycleways

Kauniainen, location for platform Ka1706. Restore deleted object depicting Asematie–Helsingintie cycleway, so that my changes to the cycleway geometry aren't lost. Cycleway alignment is now different to the way it used to be.
