I see Do Not Enter signs here on Westover Road in Bing Streetside imagery, is this a one-way south of the intersection?

We should survey this oneway parking aisle in-person, it seems pretty clear in Bing Streetside and aerial imagery, but surely there is a marked exit?

I don't see water here in any aerial imagery I have access to (in the iD editor), perhaps it should be removed or tagged as intermittent.

Is there now a sidewalk here? Can't tell from aerial imagery. It may be a continuation of the drainage ditch that starts on Chellowe Road to the east

There is a tactile curb ramp on the west side, but no curb ramp or tactile crossing on the east side.

Does this parking aisle really connect to Franklin here, and is it one-way? Bing Streetside imagery from 2021 suggests not
