This way (1165023542), the upper half of which is scree, is barely a path at all. It's mainly used as the route off Scafell for people attempting the Bob Graham Round and consists of loose scree which can be fun to run down if you like that type of thing. While supporting an attempt recently, we came across a family and dog halfway down this scree run not particularly enjoying themselves. They said they were surprised that their map said this to be a path (AllTrails). Without judging them for blindly following an app despite their better judgement, I would be very much in favour of removing this way as a path from the map. I'm leaving this note beforehand as this is a destructive action.
If I were to not delete this path, are there appropriate tags (surface=scree is non-standard, right?) that can be appropriately interpreted by third party "navigation" software to dissuade unwary walkers from subjecting themselves to this kind of thing? Anyone wanting to go down this "path" on purpose doesn't need the benefit of a way marked on OpenStreetMap as they probably know the line. The Borrowdale race route off Scafell Pike, also down scree, isn't marked as a path, why is this one marked as a path?

There are two post boxes mapped at this location, on opposite sides of Paradise Lane, one with metadata and one without. Are there actually two at this location?

Surveying the new cycle tracks would be nice

Why is this area mapped as a turning circle?

Not sure this footpath (way 915003027) actually exists. Shows up on rowmaps.com but not on MARIO on the council website. I passed by today and there is no indication that this specific way exists anywhere, unlike the footpath to the south which is well-travelled and signposted.

A proper survey of the paths supposedly through these fields would be lovely

Planning on removing these separately mapped pavements and making tags on the appropriate roads instead, as is more often done round these parts. But leaving a note in case of any strong objections before I do the deed.

I think this post box is gone now :(

Are there really two parallel footways here? I can only remember one whenever I've come through from Sugar Well Mount to Scott Wood Lane.
