WINTER WARNING: Top of a hill, with few trees to cover from the elements in winter. Expect mild to extreme winds traveling from this point onwards to Sherbrooke, with added the possibility of low visibility and random, sometimes fairly large, snow banks forming on the road itself. Also, (side)road is typically not very well maintained all the way from the village of Saint-François to the Sherbrooke exit. Many bumps and quite a few potholes. Drive carefully, especially at night.
