This changeset has been reverted in changeset #133605080.

No problem, we all learn new things every day.
This is also sort of a borderline case, with the road being closed for multiple months. But I think it is better this way.

I've already added a conditional oneway restriction to signify that the road is currently closed in one way. The value for oneway= should stay "no" for maps that don't update often.

Should be better now. Let me know if you see something that could be improved.
