Construction site from 2014, may be finished by now

I believe the segment of the new BART tracks between Walnut Avenue and Stevenson Boulevard has flipped above-ground and below-ground markings.

In fact, that section of track is above ground at the station, crosses a new bridge over Walnut Avenue, then descends into a new tunnel under Stevenson Boulevard, continuing under Lake Elizabeth in Fremont Central Park.

The construction is (mostly) finished, and Capitol Ave now extends all the way to Fremont Blvd. It has a center divide, so it needs two one-way highways, as well as two intersections for the parking lots. No satellite yet, so GPS is probably needed.

This pathway (and bridge) have been permanently removed for the future LRT station.

connecting path osm.org/way/186942857 to service road osm.org/way/131828036 would help routing

unless there's a fence in the way now?

Road osm.org/way/28062271 possibly now named "William Tutte Way" - press release https://uwaterloo.ca/daily-bulletin/2017-05-12#mathematics-renaming-service-road-for-bill-tutte - could see if it's actually signed in real life and add if so

Has King Street through Uptown Waterloo not reopened yet? News was it was supposed to reopen to traffic on Nov 30 (http://www.therecord.com/news-story/6996212-uptown-waterloo-breathes-sigh-of-relief-as-major-lrt-work-wraps-up/), still showing as under construction on Dec 21
