Added bicycle=permissive to ways between Back Lane and Tar Lane. Split short section of Windrush Path to make bicycle=permissive for the short section the two routes overlap. Removed node 249909542 because of error "waterway connected to bridge".

Added address, opening times etc to Windrush Bike Project. Deleted Velo Specialist Bicycles which closed in September 2018.
