All up and down here, the bike lanes should be in OSM as 'cycleway=lanes' tags on 900 East, not as a separate 'highway=cycleway' object. See [osm.wiki/Tag:highway%3Dcycleway#When_not_to_use].

I think all the state highways that are currently tagged as ref=UT ## should be tagged as ref=SR ##. I think UDOT would say this instersection, for example, is part of their network as SR 30 intersecting SR 252.
