From a local survey on 6/8/2017, the signpost roads "Pontiac Tr". I suspect this is "Pontiac Trail", not "Pontiac Terrace" based on a tour guides' comment that roads names used in the complex are based on actual Michigan road names. Pontiac Trail is a fairly well known road to the north east of Ann Arbor. I am not aware of any Pontiac Terrace in Michigan.
