The buildings in phase I and II are called Residential Buildings, but the phase III ones are apartment buildings. I think that might be my bad for having them inconsistent, as I mapped the initial phase III buildings, but I think apartment buildings is more accurate.

Should these all be labeled as apartment buildings?
