However, I notice you've used it in this changeset, and doubtless would be careful. Is there some sort of copyright clearance for it, or other legal justification?
48603251	about 5 years ago	Do you understand the designation of Wyman's Brook east of Pittville lake, specifically south of Bouncer's Lane cemetery? Historical and current OS labels the currently-unmapped stretch of stream by Slad Way, and nothing else I can see. The OSM source is given as NPE, but I don't see it named anywhere on NPE, and I don't know what else might be definitive and accessible. I should inspect the Oakley estate construction area soon, but a visit presumably wouldn't help with this.
