Update around Battledown, Aggs Hill from new imagery and OpenMap, and NSUL postcodes

Fix Oakley road. NSUL postcodes show Fairford Rd, not Symonds Way, which at least wasn't obvious in ground survey, and now looks consistent with OpenMap.
