As of 9-4-21, I did not see a lookout to the left/north on ascent. There trail goes to the summit where there is a small loop, and the lookout is south-ffacing at the south part of the loop.

Pocumtuck Ridge Trail heads west off the old road about here. Map does not show trail. Well marked up to Sachem Head.
