Hardwicke Bay updates - update some paths

Updates around Port Turtion - toilets, bakery, and short path from road to shared path

Swapped direction of line, and removed hiking tag - this path is problematic in OSMAND when planning a Route with a cycle profile. Cycling is allowed along it and I have set that to Yes earlier.

This is part of the Walk The Yorke Route - This "Hike" section is a shared walk / bike route, so I clarified that walkers and cyclists can use it.

Yotketown toilet added, corrected location of bakery (was over the PIRSA office).

Add a missing Walk The York shared trail section that is used to bypass the Walk only section south of St Vincent. For clarity, divide some of the existing WTY path into separate sections to differentiate shared or walk only, or tide dependant.
