133069997 | over 2 years ago | Hello silakshm, There are several similar problems and beginner's mistakes in other changesets of niskumal and yadavzhi.
OSMCha (3) is a very good tool for analyzing changesets. You can use the filter function to ony get edits from niskumal and yadavzhi. Best regards

133069997 | over 2 years ago | I restored the deleted ways |
133069997 | over 2 years ago | Hello silakshm, You didn't revert the changeset. You just deleted the highways which is not a good solution. These roads exist.
Do you know how to use the Reverter Plugin of the JOSM editor (2)? Thats, in my opinion, the best tool for the job. Best regards

133113590 | over 2 years ago | Hello Heinrich Wegener, Are there really two toilets ((1) and (2)) in Karitane or is that a duplicate? Thanks and best regards

132332398 | over 2 years ago | Den Hof (4) würde ich als landuse=farmyard lassen, craft=winery ist ja schon am Geäbude (5) eingetragen |
133072008 | over 2 years ago | Hello Deepikja,
In OSM there are no wrong or forbidden values. So anyone can come up with a new service=* value if they don't find an established one. See (2) for more on that. Its of course necessary for a consistent map to agree on common values and document them in the Wiki. Moreover ther is nothing wrong with changing the value to an established after individually assessing a case but systematically and mechanically deleting values just because they are not documented in the wiki is considered a mechanical or automated edit in OSM (See (1) for more on that). This means that planned changes have to be discussed with and approved by the community in advance. I therefore think that the whole quest/task of deleting non standard values is not a good idea. I'd suggest to desist from it altogether. |
133016042 | over 2 years ago | Wegen "Meine Änderungen überprüfen": Sieht alles gut aus, danke!

133007503 | over 2 years ago | Hello nadigotm, to me, it looks like the service road you added is not a road but rather a footway as the southwest end of the way is blocked by bollards. Best regards

133013618 | over 2 years ago | Hello nagiseri, I reviewed your changeset and noticed that you connect roads and landuse areas (e.g. (1)). They have nothing to do with each other and shouldn't be connected therefore. Thanks and best regards

2). Die Fläche (1) ist eigentlich ein Weingut (vgl. 3). Viele Grüße

133069872 | over 2 years ago | * I mean Hello yadavzhi of course |
133069872 | over 2 years ago | Hello niskumal, why did you delete service=fuel on this road? It's not a standard value but it makes sense so please don't do automated edits that delete rare service values (see (1)). (Undiscussed automated edits are not appreciated in OSM) Best regards
|
133069534 | over 2 years ago | Hello yadavzhi, why did you change the classification of this road from residential to service? Which sources did you use?
Best regards
|
133070912 | over 2 years ago | Are you kidding me? This clearly isn't a service road either Best regards
|
133071027 | over 2 years ago | Hello niskumal, from the aerial imagery one can easily tell that this footway is way to narrow to be a service road.
Best regards
|
133072008 | over 2 years ago | Hello niskumal, why did you delete service=busway on this road? It's not a standard value but it makes sense so please don't do automated edits that delete rare service values (see (1)). (Undiscussed automated edits are not appreciated in OSM) Best regards
|
133069997 | over 2 years ago | Hello niskumal, these roads aren't service roads but tracks.
Although the road classification of course isn't ideal as it describes an unknown classification it is way worse to have data with a wrong classification. Best regards

132997975 | over 2 years ago | Yes, Organic Maps sometimes does weird stuff... |
132997975 | over 2 years ago | Hello R3gi, using organicmaps for editing didn't work out very well here, you edited a building:part and not the tourist attraction.
Best regards
