I visited this spot in May 2021. Papa Mau Piailug is an important figure in Oceania because he taught the Polynesians how to remember Ocean wayfinding with waka.

removed tag of "ground camping site" for now because it is tied to tourism by present OSM design. On the other hand, not all camping sites in real life are for tourism, and a key-value pair must be created later to accommodate that.

This has been a place of residence for many months.
