if the extent of the tourism=camp_site is not known, it is better to keep it as a node (but not the same node for tourism=camp_site and amenity=reception_desk)

a reception desk ? a cabin inside a tourism=camp_site ? a reception desk inside a cabin ?
wouldn't it be better to split things into 2-3 objects? an area for tourism=camp_site (camp_site allows to define the quality of the camping) and an amenity=reception_desk object? building=cabin on the building it-selft.
moreover the controversial key camp_site defines if it is the main activity, secondary or place without activity

quelques tags mériteraient d'être harmonisés.
exemple landfill:type -> location osm.wiki/FR:Key:location et informal=* (d'après la page wiki de landuse=landfill)
wikipedia:en=* -> wikipedia=en: même si la seule page que j'ai regardé ne parlait pas de cette décharge en particulier mais de l'ensemble (on met un tag wikipedia quand il parle d'un objet précis).
content=* est sans doute aussi à envisager au lieu de landfill:waste.
je me demande aussi la fiabilité de la source quand je vois que la profondeur varie fortement entre 2 modifs osm.org/node/2284038802/history
