je ne vois pas de doublon (hormis le fait d'avoir 2x le même icone dans josm) :
l'un des 2 objets est un passage piéton, l'endroit ou passe le piéton)
l'autre est l'emplacement du feu devant ce passage piéton, là oü la voiture s’arrête
Entre temps quelqu'un avait re-rajouté le feu sur le city_limit situé quasi au même endroit.
j'ai rétablis et ajout l'id mapillary afin de rendre visible cette situation un peu particulière.

I see you add the same image=* for both... but image in osm is not an illustration, it is a photo of that particular object, so 2 objects with the same photo is not correct.
similarly, the name is not a generic term, it is a proper name when the objects have one. as most tables do not have a name, it is sufficient to leave this field empty
